All sales are final

Our items are used and are sold as described in the listing and its photos. Please read the listing and ask us any questions before you buy. We do not accept returns for a change of mind or because an item does not fit your space.

If there is an issue

If an item is not as described in the listing, or does not work when it arrives, tell us within 3 days of delivery or pickup and send photos or video of the problem to Admin@ironkeycommerce.com. We will look into it and choose the fix: repair, replacement or a refund. If we take the item back for a refund, we arrange and pay for the return freight. Issues reported after 3 days are not covered.

Freight delivery and damage

Freight is delivered curbside with a liftgate. Moving the item inside, stairs and installation are not included. Inspect the item before you sign for it, and write any damage on the delivery receipt. Report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Damage that is not noted on the delivery receipt or is reported after 48 hours is not covered, because the freight company will not accept the claim.

Pickup

Pickup is by appointment in Central Florida. We email you to set a time. Please bring your own help and a vehicle that fits the item. Pick up within 7 days of payment clearing. If an item is not picked up within 14 days, we may cancel the order and refund it.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund before your item ships or is picked up. Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Payment and sales tax

Payments are handled by Stripe. Freight items are paid by bank transfer, and we release them once the payment clears. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Installation and warranty

Installation is not included. Gas appliances must be installed by a licensed installer. Items do not come with a manufacturer warranty unless the listing says so. Except as stated in these terms, items are sold AS IS, and we make no other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
